DURACATS Catfish Tournament Entry Form

All participants are required to be members of DURACATS.

All participants have read and understand the DURACATS rules and regulations, and agree to abide by these rules and regulations and any decisions made by DURACATS officials.

NO refunds!! Tournament entry fees may be transferred to another DURACATS event occurring in the same year, with a notice of at least 48 hours.

All boats will take-off in the order of event sign-up. EARLY ENTRY = EARLY TAKE-OFF

Pre-registration must be received at least 10 days before the event. After that you may only enter at the event site paying with cash only!!

Entry Fees - Ohio River Division (regular) - $175.00 per team

                    Indiana Division (regular) - $135.00 per team

                     Ohio River Division /Indiana Division Championship - $250.00 per team (must qualify)

                       ** Entry fees include Big Fish pot

  I have read and understand all of the DURACATS rules and regulations. By signing below, I agree to abide by these rules and be governed as stated in these rules and regulations. By signing below, I also hereby release DURACATS, DURACATS officials, participating members, any hosting officials and their employees, sponsors and local, state and federal officials from any liability due to injury, damage, theft, accidents or loss of life that may occur at any DURACATS function. Official rule changes made prior to an event take precedence over any prior written rules. All decisions made by the governing DURACATS officials concerning rules violations will be final.
